Republic of Cameroon — Ministry of Finance

About us

The official payment platform for non-tax revenues of the State of Cameroon

Our mission

TresorPay is the platform for the digitalisation of non-tax revenue payments set up by the Directorate General of the Treasury, Financial and Monetary Cooperation (DGTCFM) of the Ministry of Finance. It allows any user to pay online, in a simple, fast and secure way, the duties, fees and taxes owed to Cameroonian public administrations.

What we offer

  • A single online window: more than 60 ministries and administrations are accessible from the platform.
  • Various means of payment: Mobile Money, cash deposit at CAMPOST or bank transfer.
  • An official receipt: at the end of each operation, a unique code and a printable receipt are issued and recognised by the administration concerned.
  • Transparent follow-up: you can find your payments and revenue orders at any time using your unique code.

Why digitalisation?

The digitalisation of non-tax revenue payments pursues three major objectives:

  • simplify users' procedures by avoiding travel and queues;
  • secure and trace State revenues, from payment to transfer to the Public Treasury;
  • fight corruption by eliminating the handling of cash in public services.

Who are we?

The DGTCFM is the administration of the Ministry of Finance in charge of managing the State treasury, public accounting, and financial and monetary cooperation. Through TresorPay, it modernises the collection of public revenues for the benefit of users and administrations.
