Whatever the means chosen, the amount to pay is the official rate displayed on the platform. No additional fee may be demanded by a public official.
1. Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money)
The fastest way: payment is confirmed within minutes.
- After submitting your request, click on "Pay by Mobile Money" on the summary page.
- Enter the telephone number of the account to be debited and validate.
- Confirm the payment on your phone with your operator's secret code.
- Once the payment is confirmed, your receipt is immediately available for printing.
Important: the platform will never ask for your Mobile Money secret code outside the official window of your operator.
2. Cash deposit at CAMPOST
To pay in cash at one of the CAMPOST agencies in the country.
- On the summary page, click on "Cash deposit at CAMPOST" and download the deposit slip.
- Go to a CAMPOST agency with the slip and the exact amount.
- Always indicate your unique code as the reason for the deposit.
- After confirmation of the deposit, your receipt becomes available on the platform.
3. Bank transfer
Recommended for large amounts (Mobile Money payment is limited to 1,000,000 XAF).
- On the summary page, click on "Make a bank transfer" and download the transfer slip containing the bank details of the Public Treasury.
- Make the transfer from your bank, always indicating your unique code as the reason for the transfer.
- The confirmation period depends on your bank (generally 24 to 72 working hours).
- Once the transfer is received, your receipt becomes available on the platform.
Check the status of your payment
At any time, use the "Search" menu with your unique code to check the status of your payment and print your receipt. In case of difficulty, see the FAQ or the contact page.
