Terms of service

Terms of use of the TresorPay platform

1. Purpose

These terms of service define the conditions under which users use the TresorPay platform for the online payment of non-tax revenues owed to Cameroonian public administrations. Use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Description of the service

TresorPay allows the user to:

  • select an administration and the revenue to be paid;
  • provide the information required to process the request;
  • pay the amount due by Mobile Money, cash deposit at CAMPOST or bank transfer;
  • obtain a unique code and a printable receipt recognised by the administration concerned.

3. User obligations

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when submitting a request. Any error in the information entered is the responsibility of the user.
  • Keep the unique code issued at the end of the operation safe: it is the official reference of the payment.
  • Always indicate the unique code as the reason for a cash deposit at CAMPOST or a bank transfer.
  • Not use the platform for fraudulent purposes or in violation of applicable regulations.

4. Amounts and payment

The amounts displayed on the platform correspond to the official rates set by the regulations in force for each revenue. No additional fee may be demanded by a public official. Payment is deemed effective after confirmation by the payment operator and issuance of the receipt.

5. Receipt and use

The receipt issued by the platform is for single use with the administration concerned. Its status (paid, used) can be checked at any time using the unique code on the payment search page.

6. Liability

The DGTCFM makes every effort to ensure the availability and reliability of the platform. However, it cannot be held responsible for interruptions related to maintenance, telecommunication network failures or the services of partner payment operators.

7. Changes to the terms

These terms may be modified at any time to adapt to regulatory or technical developments. The version in force is the one published on this page.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute relating to their execution falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cameroon.
