Security policy

Protection of your data and security of your payments

1. Data collected

The platform only collects the information strictly necessary to process your request: identity, contact details (telephone, e-mail) and information specific to the revenue paid. This data is transmitted to the administration concerned for the processing of your file.

2. Use of your data

  • Your data is used exclusively to process your payment, issue your receipt and follow up your file.
  • It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
  • Your e-mail address and telephone number may be used to notify you of the status of your payment.

3. Payment security

  • Exchanges between your browser and the platform are encrypted using the HTTPS protocol.
  • Payments are processed by licensed operators (Mobile Money, CAMPOST, banks). The platform does not store any banking data or Mobile Money secret code.
  • Each operation is identified by a unique code which guarantees its traceability up to the Public Treasury.

4. Your good practices

  • Always check that you are on the official website tresorpublic.cm before entering your information.
  • Never give your Mobile Money secret code to anyone: the platform will never ask you for it.
  • Keep your unique code and your receipt; only give them to the administration concerned.
  • No cash payment should be handed over to an official: all payments go through the official channels of the platform.

5. Fight against corruption

Digitalisation aims to eliminate the handling of cash in public services. If an official asks you for a payment outside the platform or an amount higher than the displayed rate, report it via our contact page.

6. Cookies

The platform uses technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation (session, language choice). No advertising cookies are set.

7. Contact

For any question relating to security or the protection of your data, write to us at contact@dgtcfm.cm or via the contact page.
