Answers to the most frequently asked questions by users
What is TresorPay?
TresorPay is the official platform of the Directorate General of the Treasury, Financial and Monetary Cooperation (DGTCFM) which allows you to pay online the non-tax revenues owed to Cameroonian public administrations: certificates, duties, fees, fines, etc.
How do I pay a revenue?
Click on "Start payment", choose the administration concerned and then the revenue to pay. Fill in the form with your information, submit the request and pay the amount by Mobile Money, cash deposit at CAMPOST or bank transfer. See our user guide for the step-by-step details.
What is the unique code and why keep it?
At the end of your request, the platform generates a unique code (e.g. EMPRB0426003250). It is the official reference of your operation: it allows you to find your payment, print your receipt, and it is required as the reason for a CAMPOST deposit or a bank transfer. Keep it safe.
What means of payment are accepted?
Mobile Money payment (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money), cash deposit at a CAMPOST agency and bank transfer. See the payment methods page for the details of each option.
How do I get my receipt after payment?
Once the payment is confirmed, find your operation via "Search" by entering your unique code, then click on the print button. The printed receipt must be attached to your file with the administration concerned.
I made a mistake in my information, what should I do?
As long as the payment has not been made, search for your request with your unique code and click on "Edit request" to correct your information. After payment, contact support via the contact page.
My payment failed but my account was debited, what should I do?
Contact us quickly via the contact page specifying your unique code, the means of payment used and the time of the operation. Our teams will check the status of the transaction with the operator.
An official asks me to pay in cash, is this normal?
No. All payments go through the official channels of the platform and the amounts displayed are the official rates. If an official asks you for a payment outside the platform or a higher amount, report it via the contact page.
